Rancho San Ramon Area is mostly an older area just East of I-680 off Dibalo Road. Originally the homes for sale in Rancho San Ramon Area were built in the 1940's and 1950's, and consist of modest ranch style homes between 1200 -2000 sq ft. The lots are generous and flat, ranging from 1/3 Acre up to 1 Acre. Many of these homes have been expanded and remodeled through the years, and they can be as large as 3000 sq ft or more. There are also several custom homes in this area built since 2000, mainly off La Questa Dr. They range from 3000 to over 5000 sq ft on 2/3 to 1 Acre flat lots. This area is popular because with buyers of real estate for sale in Danville due to the large flat lots and its proximity to both Vista Grande School and downtown Danville.
